We currently ship and sell products only within the United States.
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
After processing, estimated transit time is 4–9 business days, Monday through Friday. Total estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days.
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York).
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@hatsgalorenmb.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Yes. We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
